wanna try this in the cupcake pan www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/mini-chicken-pot-pies.htmlIngredients 2 cups Great Value frozen mixed vegetables thawed 1 cup diced cooked chicken1 can (10.75 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup1 can (16.3 oz.) Pillsbury Grands Flaky Layers refrigerated biscuitsDirections Heat oven to 375°F. In medium bowl, combine vegetables, chicken and soup; mix well. Press each biscuit into 5 1/2-inch round. Place 1 round in each of 8 greased regular-size muffin cups. Firmly press in bottom and up side, forming 3/4-inch rim. Spoon a generous 1/3 cup chicken mixture into each. Pull edges of dough over filling toward center; pleat and pinch dough gently to hold in place. Bake at 375°F 20 to 22 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from pan. Variations: If your family loves cheese, sprinkle some shredded Cheddar cheese over each puff about 5 minutes before the end of the baking time. Based on ingredient costs to create four servings of the recipe and side dish (Green Giant Tuscan Seasoned Broccoli Steamers). Substitute 2 cups of any frozen (thawed) vegetables you have on hand, such as broccoli, corn, peas or green beans, for the mixed vegetables. Made the Yellow Butter Cake last night, with chocolate frosting - cooked it 13 minutes at 325, turned out perfect, and so moist

That looks so good. I made Waffle Cakes again but I ruined them with my messing around with the mix. I added just some melted butter before on some and it was good. Well this time I forgot what I had added and did more oil instead, then realizing I goofed up I put more butter in on top of that. They came out kinda wonky and then to make matters worse I put the frosting on when they were still hot and it melted into the cake making it all a mush mess. I need to leave things alone, but I can't.

oh well, I'm sure it still tasted good. I put the frosting on my while it's hot but just a thin layer, like a glaze

That's what I should have done , a glazing. But it seems muffin mix is more porous then cake mix and it just soaked into it. oh well, at least I learned what not to do. I'll give the mushy ones to the tenants
