I ended up using the Waffle Iron for the potatoes tonight, I took a russet potato shaved it in thin slices, put a little tiny bit of oil in a bowl, added my spices, salt, pepper, paprika, season salt,Garlic and some chopped onions. Mixed that all in with the Taters, put them in the Waffle Iron for about 5-6 minutes they were so good, and my son has never commented on potatoes before, he'll eat them but not his favorite thing. Tonight he said they were delicious, better than the chicken. It worked out great, using the waffle plates for that, then removed those, set them on top of the stove with plates still together to keep them hot. Then popped the Grill plates on and cooked the chicken, turned out yummy. I had never thought of using more than one plate at a time until I watched some of those youtubes, they have some good ideas and tips I don't see any reason you can't waffle chicken and burgers and chops, it's the same as grill plates, just different lines. It all takes good

But it took forever and a day to get them off the bottom waffle thing, so much for my cockamamie idea of cookies on there next time using the grill plates so they slide off, use the toaster overn, or just wait for the insert pan
