I love Lava Cake, this one looks so good, recipe below
Molten Lava Cake
8 (1-ounce) squares good quality dark chocolate 1 1/4 stick butter – plus extra for greasing ¼ cup of sugar for dusting the tins 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar 3 large eggs 3 egg yolks 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Grease 6 ramekins. And sprinkle with sugar. Melt the chocolates and butter in a double boiler.
Add the flour and sugar to a large bowl and mix. Pour in the chocolate mixture and stir.
Stir in the eggs, egg yolks and vanilla until combined and then using electric beaters, beat until smooth.
Divide the batter evenly among the ramekins. Place in the oven and bake for 14 minutes. The edges should be firm but the center will be runny. Run a knife around the edges to loosen and invert onto white dessert plates. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and serve immediately.
