What ?? is maybe it your plug outlet? .. does it make any type of noise at all, ? that's horrible . I would threaten this guy by telling you are making a video and going to tweet about his stinking policy, and that your friends will also. I'm having rage , I will do it.

no noise no nuthin, tried it on all the kitchen plugs, and even the living room ones called ebay and they said if I return it they will try to force a refund from them. I'll have to pay shipping though, which if it's more than 18 bucks is totally not worth it I have that frozen fruit now, I guess we can make smoothies with it

And it there were no wires unhooked, it leaves only 3 things , the motor is bad , the switch is bad , or the cord plug itself is bad (unlikely) My guess is it's the switch , but I can't locate any parts or troubleshooting online. If it were mine I would by pass the switch and try that , then just plug it in and out to use it. But I don't recommend that unless sonny is comfortable working on electronics. EDIT: I found this online at GW , it looks like some parts are unused and still wrapped. You may want to check it out. If you don't bid , I might and we have bidding war ... just kiddin www.shopgoodwill.com/auctions/Magic-Dessert-Bullet-Kitchen-Tool-IOB-37252153.html

I'll keep checking it, maybe bid at the end or near the end. Or maybe one will show up at my GW someday.
I wish we could get your to work , I keep thinking it's just that little switch or something loose inside.

that' what I thought too, probably a mistake at the factory and a wire didn't get connected properly everything shows up at your goodwill sooner or later
